Can I downgrade my membership?

Downgrading:

You can downgrade your membership at any time through the Membership page.

  1. Go to the Membership section in your account
  2. Click Change Membership located in the top right of the Billing section
  3. Select the plan you would like to downgrade to
  4. Confirm the changes and provide feedback. Your experience matters to us and your input is important for the growth of Stills.

Important: Your current membership and access will be active until your next billing date. After the next billing date, you will automatically be downgraded to the plan that selected.
